Wahl Citadel has secured a land sale contract with renowned Outer North developer Leipzig Australia.

Securing this land was a rare find. Fully serviced commercial land (Zoned Employment) is not easy to come by with substantial delays in obtaining water and sewer connections as primary systems lag 3 years behind demand.
